Midwest Championship and Festival Games

Elkhart, Indiana Rugby Trip

May 9^th, 10^th & 11^th

Matches are on Saturday, May 10^th and Sunday, May 11^th at the Elkhart Moose Rugby Grounds. Everyone who travels will play in either the Midwest Championship or in the festival bracket. We have a total of six matches to play in both divisions combined.

Entry Requirements: Each player must provide two copies on single Xerox sheets with the following on each sheet:

• Proof of age, usually a drivers license or birth certificate
• Copy of Insurance card
• School ID

Dates and Times: We will be meeting at 5:45 pm on Friday at the parking lot at the corner of 7^th St. and Indiana. We will be leaving the lot at 6:00pm, sharp. Sunday afternoon return time will depend upon match times – we will try to post the approximate return time on the website on Sunday morning.

Transportation: We have rented vans for the players and encourage any parents who would like to come to the tournament to caravan with us. All players should plan on traveling with the team.

Cost: The cost of the trip is $60 per player. This covers hotel and transportation fees. Your $60 is due by Tuesday, May 6 in cash or check payable to St Charles High School Rugby.

Accommodations: Players and coaches will be staying at the Red Roof Inn in Elkhart. Parents are strongly encouraged to stay at the Red Roof Inn as well, as it helps to keep everyone on their best behavior. Call 574-262-3691 for reservations.

Meals: Players will be responsible for their own meals on Saturday and Sunday. Food concession is available at the field and there are many casual restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
