Register with USA Rugby (CIPP Registration) - Instructions below:
USA Rugby CIPP Registration
Go to: www.usarugby.org
Locate - Blue Tabs upper left side of page under JOIN USA RUGBY
Click - "Membership"
Click - "Become A Member"
Click - "Create/Renew Individual Membership"
First Page: Create / Renew your membership
Fill in: Name / Gender / Date of Birth
Click "Yes" if you are a former member/player
Click "No" if you are a new player
Click - "Continue"
Second Page: Confirm your account (for existing players only)
Existing players will click on your name if the information is correct.
New players will be directed to the Waiver page.
Third Page: Waiver
USA Rugby Participation Agreement and Waiver and Release of Liability
USA Rugby Medical Insurance Agreement and USA Rugby Rules Acknowledgement
Click - "Print" - located at top left corner under USA Rugby logo
Fill out and initial / sign Waivers and return to coach.
At the bottom of the page, check the four empty boxes confirming you have read and understand the Terms/Rights/Agreements
Click - "Accept Waiver"
Fourth Page: Primary Contact Information
Make sure to fill in all required fields. You cannot proceed without completing this step.
Click - "Continue"
Final Page: Membership Registration
Select the following options:
Under SELECT ROLE: select PLAYER
Under SELECT LEVEL: select HS(U19)
Under CLUB: select SC Predators Boys Rugby Club (Club)
Click - "Save"
At the bottom of the page, click "Check Out" - *Submit Credit Card Payment
If Registering two players, click "Add Another Member"
